Click "Notify me when available" and you will receive an email as soon as the item becomes available again. If you add an item by mistake, you can delete it by clicking "Remove".- Once you have completed your shopping cart, you can choose to proceed as a registered customer or as a guest. Registration is not required to place an order; however, we recommend that you create your own account to save preferred shipping and billing addresses, track your orders in real time, and stay up-to-date on the latest Brave Kid news and promotions.- Fill in your shipping information, choose your preferred payment method and proceed with your purchase. Currently, orders placed on bravekid.com cannot be changed or cancelled. Once payment has been completed, we can no longer accept changes or cancellations.
Orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order is received at the warehouse. Once the order is processed and entrusted to the courier, delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected.
Once we entrust the package to the courier, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number to track the shipment. Also, if you have an account on bravekid.com, you can check the status of your order at any time by entering "My Orders" section. If your order has not been delivered on time, we suggest to:- check the status of your order: if you have a Brave Kid account, by consulting "My Orders" section, or, if you are not registered, through the tracking code you find in the shipment confirmation e-mail;- check that the address given for the shipment is correct and, in the case it is wrong, report it to our Customer Care.If you have found a non-delivery notice, contact the carrier to schedule another delivery attempt.If you have any questions or clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can make a return of one or more items within 100 days after receiving the shipment (days are calculated from the date of proven delivery and include holidays).

Products' refund will be made within 14 days after receiving the returns. The time for refund may change depending on the payment method used. You can find all related information in the Returns section.
Due to operational changes in the management of the Bravekid.com website, with respect to returns of orders placed before February 28 (inclusive), it may not be technically possible to make a refund using the payment method you chose to pay for your original order. You will still have the right to return purchased items, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. In order for us to process your refund, however, we may ask you to provide us with additional information (or replenish the information you entered when you placed your order) or to provide us with an alternative payment method.
