On a summer’s day, the Dsquared2 Kids are on holiday and hanging out together on a rooftop for the Spring Summer 2023 Campaign, shot by Giampaolo Sgura.
The laid-back, let’s do nothing mood is palpable. Everyone is laying on the roof and watching the clouds go by, imagining the shapes they form in the sky.
The crew wear their favourite Dsquared2 looks from the collection. A mix of all the Dsquared2 codes there are tailored jackets, vintage-look denim, dresses and a check shirt with crystal decorations, cargo pants and singlets, high-tops, lace-up black boots and baseball caps.
Playing dress-up, the kids have painted their faces with stars and bandanas over their eyes, and one is wearing a pair of tulle wings—the makeup an expression of their individual personalities.
Individual, daring, and creative, Dsquared2ʼs approach to fashion is a distinctive mix of Canadian iconographic heritage, modern Italian tailoring and playful expression. Founded by twin brothers Dean and Dan Caten in 1995, the brandʼs collections are a seamless melding of contrasts: sporty yet glamorous, laidback yet extravagant. In 2013, Dsquared2 presented its first childrenʼs collection at Pitti Bimbo in Florence. Dedicated to children from age 0 to 16, the brand since then has been offering a junior version of its iconic products. In the beginning of 2018, Dsquared2 and Brave Kid have renewed the exclusive worldwide license agreement for an additional 5 years.
